_Contract - The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason at any time up to the date of the
event. Should the client terminate the contract, all money paid less the retainer will be refunded.

Copyright - The client assumes all ownership of final media and may duplicate their own master copies presented. London Wilson reserves the right to use videos for display, publication or other purposes. All video masters and raw footage remain the exclusive property of London Wilson.

Equipment - The best of both worlds; London Wilson utilizes the latest in DSLR technology for stunningly clear images as well as the consistency of tape recording to ensure not a single crucial moment is missed.

Hard-Copy Proofs - All proofs are treated as if they are the final. It is at the client's discretion to make any changes regarding music choice, camera angles, etc. All changes are to be brought to London Wilson's attention after the initial proof to ensure the following proof is completely satisfactory. Any additional changes missed will require a fee of $50 each.

High Definition - Every event is filmed in full HD (1080i/p) whether or not the final media calls for it. Specifics regarding frame-rates/etc is solely up to the client's preference during initial consultation.

Restrictions - Restrictions imposed by others (e.g., photographer, church, reception hall, guests, etc.), and the constraints of the physical environment, safety, weather, and acts of God can affect the quality and extent of video coverage possible. London Wilson is the exclusive official cinematographer/videographer retained to perform the services requested on the contract. The client is responsible to control all guests (e.g., guests wanting personal photos or wanting to greet the bride and groom during exclusive film/photo time such as formal picture taking) during any and all coverage needed to capture at any given time. This is to ensure time to run as smooth as possible for the only bad picture/video taken is the one not taken at all.

Turn-Around - Turn-around times vary throughout the unexpectedly busy wedding seasons. The usual turn-around time for a six hour event is anywhere from four to six weeks, but may take up to nine weeks during the busier time of year.

Worst-Case Scenario - If London Wilson is unable to attend the event due to any circumstance, your event is never in harm's way for there is always a fully-trusted back-up videographer at hand to cover all events missed.

All packages are fine-tuned during initial consultation to meet every need. The standards listed above are to purely showcase each available item's value and versatility. Each and every client is different from one another, therefore creativity is fully encouraged. If London Wilson fails to comply with the terms of the agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of London Wilson, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, London Wilson’s liability is
limited only to a refund of all monies received.
