How can I tell my story?
Photography, as well as videography, narration and other mediums are powerful art forms that can reach spectacular heights to help preserve memories, market businesses and create a surreal cinematic approach to any project or occasion.
What kind of packages do you offer for different project categories?
The packages offered are as unique as the desired project. All packages are tailor made as best seen fit for the given circumstances. All prices are subject to change as storytelling techniques continue to progress and several options within the packages can be shuffled or replaced by other options. Please contact me to request a quote today!
What is your edit style?
Depending on the package you customize, I specialize in cinematic montage videography. Simplistic yet elegant highlights, meaningful narration, fun, and concise videos.
What formats can I receive the final edits?
Upon initial completion of any given project, the first proof is published online (via a private link). This link can be accessed through most computers, tablets or even smartphones. Once the proof has been approved, the second phase is burning the additional copies to DVD's, Blu-ray, or any other format the package contains and sent to the client. All raw footage can be attained as well for an additional fee.
What form of contract will I need to sign?
The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason at any time up to the date of the initial shooting. Should the client terminate the contract, all money paid less the retainer will be refunded.
Is my project protected by any copyrights?
The client assumes ownership of final copies and may duplicate their own master copies presented. London Wilson reserves the right to use videos for display, publication or other purposes. All video masters and raw footage remain the exclusive property of London Wilson. Additional copyrighted material regarding music choice is determined by sourcing through a royalty free music provider. If the client so wishes as to include copyrighted material for their wedding video, the client must obtain all necessary music licensing for any copyrighted tracks.
How does online proofing work?
All proofs are treated as if they are the final. It is at the client's discretion to make any changes regarding music choice, camera angles, etc. All changes are to be brought to London Wilson's attention after the initial proof to ensure the following proof is completely satisfactory. Not all but some additional changes thereafter will require a fee of $50 each.
What sort of high definition formats are we working with?
Every event is filmed in 4k whether or not the final media calls for it. Specifics regarding frame-rates/etc is solely up to the client's preference during initial consultation.
What is the typical turn-around time for each project?
Turn-around times vary throughout the unexpectedly busy shooting seasons. The usual turn-around time for a two hour project is anywhere from one to two weeks, but may take up to four weeks during the busier time of year.
